NOTE: Recipe makes about 24-35 fries!
(Peanut Free, Gluten Free, Vegan)
PROUD-TO-BE PARSNIP FRIES
Ingredients:

(4) parsnips
-
3 Tbsp sunflower seed butter (or any seed/nut butter of your choice)

3 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce
-
pinch of salt
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400°.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Peel parsnips. Cut into 3” long sticks.

Mix sunflower seed butter, applesauce and salt together. Coat parsnip sticks in sunflower seed mixture, covering completely. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 35 minutes, flipping once halfway through. Enjoy!
