NOTE: Recipe makes about 24-35 fries!

(Peanut Free, Gluten Free, Vegan)

PROUD-TO-BE PARSNIP FRIES

Ingredients:

  • (4) parsnips

  • 3 Tbsp sunflower seed butter (or any seed/nut butter of your choice)

  • 3 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce

  • pinch of salt

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°.

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Peel parsnips.  Cut into 3” long sticks.

  • Mix sunflower seed butter, applesauce and salt together.  Coat parsnip sticks in sunflower seed mixture, covering completely. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Bake for 35 minutes, flipping once halfway through. Enjoy!
